COPHS Strategic Plan
Welcome to the College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences (COPHS) Strategic Plan for 2019-2022. This plan has been developed to align the mission and vision of the College with the 萌妹社区 2017-2022 Strategic Plan. Faculty, Staff, 萌妹社区, Alumni, and Administration were all active participants in the strategic planning process.
Five priorities serve as the focal points for activities here at the College which are:
- Student Success and Completion
- Academic Program Quality and Research
- Culture
- Partnerships
- Finance
Goals, Strategies, Outcome Measures, Key Performance Indicators, and Key Risk Indicators
are identified for each priority. The COPHS promotes a culture of assessment and provides
for continuous improvements to provide a high quality learning environment for our
students. To achieve these efforts, the College sees this plan as a 鈥渓iving document鈥�
that is continuously reviewed and updates. Please be sure to look for these frequent
updates throughout the three-year lifecycle of our 2019-2022 COPHS Strategic Plan.
